I have done a (normale) instance with him and he was a Amazing he tanking and doing dps at the same time (FECKING DROODS ) but he has nice dps and we can surely use that in 25mans

There is no comparation between normal dungeon and raids. In raids he needs more attack power and less resilience if he wants to get high on damage meters. Still ...i vote yes

yeah you need a litte bit more hit rating but you can fix that your apply is accepted give me a wisp ingame

As Joseph said raid instances are a lot different than the normal or heroic dungeons
But overall this was a nice and mature application so i must say YES for him. Tho you will need to improve you gear with some PVE items since you have mostly PVP and resilience is almost not important at all in raids.

First of all I know that a there is no comparision between a normal instance an a herioc or riad.
But the guy played his char well and I have seen it and that is enough prove 2 me

Second, I know that resillicence doesnt do shit!
but the dude is fully epic geared and in my imo he has enough atp 2 raid in kara,ZA, gruul and even the first bosses of TK. Even Rhinox was doing that with his gear that time...

And last but not least that one is about hitrating
Rhinox whats the min requirement 4 a warrior 2 have hit because 4 my information a warrior need less hit if he goes dps with a 2hander(what Golgotha also did in kara...)

Guys, these are the ppl we are looking 4 he have made a mature apply, has fully epic gear and I think hes serious. I know he has pvp gear but he can change that in time with pve ones...
