about the apply's

i think you should give the applys 1 day, to stay there so every1 gets to time to look at them before inviting, an hour after.

if they have good gear and the offcier and class have seen it its np

well i think that when we have our first progres in 25 men raids some new requirements will pop up and ppl won't be able to join in a few hours any more. Also their applications better be complete, wether they have imba gear or not ! AND ...something else but i forgot :S

I think there must be less complaining about pvpgear and pve gear and I also think that there must come more fairness about ppl who we inv. 4 example if u say YES 2 one apply with pvpgear u cant say NO 2 a other... because thats unfaire

only think i have a prob with is where not full with healers andd then you giong to denei someon who has pvp gaer al litte
but still has like 1200 healing ...
if we where full on healers i would say the same but as we are where not full on healers so dont go denei someon who has pvp gaer but still enough healing better to have a healer with pvp gaer then no healer at all and then we cant do ZA /kara just like yesterday
