i say inv him he needs to get better hit rating though that he can work on inv him as casual till he has enough hit then he can be raider

As Rhinox said above your gear lacks some enchants and some +HIT gems, but that can be easily done.
As i saw you have 90% PVP gear on you so thats a minus, but as we lack rogues at the moment, i hope you will get an invite as casual until you sort out your gear. So its a YES from me.
